What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Design, implement, and coordinate complex quality improvement and process management initiatives
? Provide analytical support for accreditation and regulatory agency audit activities
? Utilize data analysis tools for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization
? Collaborate with business partners to develop actionable insights from data analysis
? Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree in a highly quantitative field of study (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Accounting, or Computer Science)
? 7+ years of experience working in data analysis
? Commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy
? Attention to detail for identifying discrepancies or anomalies in data
? Ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical partners

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Master's Degree
? Experience in a healthcare organization or health insurer
? 1+ years of experience with Python and/or R
? 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
? 2+ years of experience with SQL
