We are currently seeking candidates from South Africa for a remote Executive Assistant position, requiring a dependable and high-speed internet connection.

Job Description:

As a remote Executive Assistant, your responsibilities may vary on a day-to-day basis, but may include:
?anaging email and calendar appointments.
?erforming administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
?oordinating and scheduling meetings or conference calls.
?onducting research and compiling data as needed.
?ssisting with project management and task tracking.
?roviding general support to teams or individuals as needed.
?acilitating communications within the team and with external contacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ?luency in English, both written and verbal. ?lexibility to work 45 hours per week (Monday-Friday) according to US timezone. ?ossession of Matric (Grade 12) or its equivalent. ?yping speed of at least 40 words per minute. ?ighly driven, career-oriented individual. ?inimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role. ?killed in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. ?bility to edit PDF documents. ?xperience in marketing (desirable).
