Key Responsibilities: ? High-Volume Outbound Calls ? Engage commercial and residential property owners to schedule appointments. ? Phone Sales & Lead Generation ? Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments. ? Overcoming Objections ? Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services. ? Collaboration ? Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments. ? Continuous Learning ? Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.

What We?re Looking For:
? 3+ years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
? Experience in real estate or solar cold calling (preferred)
? Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
? Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
? CRM proficiency to manage leads and track performance
? Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
