We are hiring a Qcare Online Chat Specialist to support presales marketing and service initiatives. This role introduces end users to the BenQ brand through product introductions. The Qcare Online Chat Specialist needs to understand our brand story, key product features, and our customers?eeds to provide the best solution and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities: ?oster an atmosphere that inspires innovation and encompasses a ?eople First?ttitude ?espond to online chat cases on the BenQ website via the HubSpot platform ?ssimilate and convey the BenQ brand story, key messages in each segment, and key product features simultaneously while addressing the customers?eeds ?reating market strategy with customer insight through data analysis of each segment ?nteract as needed with other functional areas, including eCommerce Team, Logistics, and Product Managers, to create processes to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved ?ther Duties and responsibilities assigned by the management of the company

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? years of operations/contact center agent
?xperience in social media and email response
?trong understanding of computer peripherals and hardware, comfortable learning new tools and technology
?ood knowledge of branding and marketing principles
?roven ability to work with cross-functional teams, resulting in successful new efforts, programs, or services
?ust possess excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
?roficiency in working in a Windows-based environment
?roficiency in web/cloud-based applications
?nowledge of platforms: HubSpot and Salesforce

Education:

Bachelor? degree is preferred
