Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and dynamic Phone Coordinators to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support and aid through inbound and outbound calls. Your focus will be on providing prompt and precise assistance that exceeds our customers' expectations. Leveraging your expertise, you'll adeptly handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, contributing significantly to our committed customer support unit.
Key Responsibilities: ?espond to customer inquiries through phone calls. ?esolve issues in a personalized, accurate, and timely manner. ?uild long-term relationships with customers by offering advice related to programs and services. ?ecome an expert in all things Zealthy and maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-changing environment. ?omplete trainings and up-trainings as needed. ?aintain the highest level of discretion when dealing with customer issues. ?trive to meet and exceed structured performance targets. ?eport on customer trends and feedback.
Requirements: ?+ year of experience in a customer-facing support role. ?bility to balance attention to detail with efficient execution in a fast-paced environment. ?xcellent problem-solving and communication skills with a high attention to detail and quality. ?xperience working in multiple systems and successfully navigating multiple sources of information. ?ossess a customer-first, eager-to-help approach. ?trong writing skills, spelling, and grammar. ?illingness and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and stay proactively engaged with the wider team. ?illingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. ?asic understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and medical procedures is a plus!
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $41,093.05 - $45,000.00 per year
