Remote IT Recruiter

At Sequoia Connect, we provide IT Services & Technical recruiting services to global companies and we are looking for a full-scale recruiter to help continue with this growth. The People Operations Team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help support the growth of our client's Engineering and Admin teams.

The ideal candidate will partner with our hiring managers and People Team to build out creative strategies to find, attract and hire top candidates.

You should be comfortable working alongside hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that expectations are exceeded and strive for the best recruitment experience.

This position is responsible for front cycle recruiting and staffing needs for all technical roles.

Responsibilities: ?esponsible for recruiting for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA. ?hinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity ?sing various recruiting platforms for outreach and sourcing candidates ?artnering with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience ?eveloping sourcing strategies along with the HR Manager ?pdating and managing our candidate pipeline ?etermine qualifications, experiences and skill set of candidates ?ailoring and posting job listings for open positions ?aintain company-standard job descriptions for all positions Owning candidate experience ? guiding them through the hiring process ?tilize applicant tracking system ?eep learning new technologies in A Rapidly Changing Technological World

Requirements: ?achelor's degree required ?xperience working in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment ?-5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions ?echnical recruiting background preferred ?trong sense of responsibility ?emarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency ?trong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish) ?nowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools ?trong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others ?trong knowledge of G-Suite suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail ?igh personal integrity ?riendly and approachable

Availability:
