Part-Time Contract Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role will primarily focus on the execution of key marketing initiatives that support our brand? visibility, promote our team? thought leadership, and engage our audience through various digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks on a regular, ongoing schedule.

Key Responsibilities
?onthly Content Creation
?roduce and distribute a monthly newsletter that highlights key company updates, industry insights, and thought leadership.
?rite and publish monthly blog posts that align with our brand voice, covering relevant topics that engage our target audience.
?imonthly Case Studies & Impact Stories
?evelop and publish case studies and impact stories on a bimonthly basis, showcasing the value of our work and the impact it has on our clients and community.
?ebinars & Supporting Marketing Efforts
?lan, coordinate, and promote webinars regularly, collaborating with internal team members to highlight relevant topics and speakers.
?xecute supporting marketing campaigns to drive attendance, including email marketing, landing pages, and follow-up communications.
?ocial Media Management
?lan, schedule, and post 48 weekly social media posts across our brand? platforms (approximately 4 posts per week).
?ngage with our audience through social channels, fostering a community around our brand.
?romotion of Team Member Content
?romote the personal content, articles, media appearances, and other contributions of our team members on social media and through email campaigns, amplifying their individual and collective voices.

Qualifications
?roven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
?trong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt to different tones and audiences.
?amiliarity with social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
?bility to manage deadlines and multiple ongoing tasks with a high degree of organization and autonomy.

Hours & Compensation

This is a part-time contract role, requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
