Integrated Media Ad Coordinator
Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Integrated Media Coordinator to assist with managing both print and digital advertising campaigns. The role involves working with multiple teams to coordinate ad materials, manage campaign deliverables, and ensure smooth execution for both print publications and digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
?ssist in the coordination of print and digital ad campaigns.
?pload and manage ad materials for both print and digital (Google Ad Manager).
?nsure ad orders and materials are submitted on time for print production deadlines.
?onitor and track digital campaign performance, ensuring delivery and viewability standards are met.
?nvestigate and resolve accounting issues related to sales orders.
?enerate reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) for both print and digital campaigns.
?ollaborate with sales teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
?ommunicate with clients regarding campaign status, launch delays, and any issues.
?ssist with cross-training and support during team absences.
?rovide project management support for both print and digital orders.
?ssist with month-end processes and order entries.
?elp streamline processes and improve department workflows.
?upport sales representatives and other ad services coordinators during vacation and other absences.
?ther duties as required.
Qualifications
?ost secondary education in a business program or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
?xceptional customer service and relationship management (both internal and external).
?xcellent organization and time management skills.
?trong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
?bility to work well in a team and independently.
?agerness to learn about both print and digital media.
?ood written and verbal communication skills.
