Key Responsibilities: ? Efficiently receive and process orders ? Track all orders using delivery software ? Analyze clothing for alteration preparation ? Provide customer service via phone calls, returns processing, and online support ? Create invoices accurately ? Perform quality control for alterations ? Collaborate with a cheerful team ? Handle online order logistics ? Professionally communicate with customers in person, by telephone, Zoom, and email ? Document online orders with photography and CRM software

Requirements: ? High school diploma or GED certificate ? Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Proficiency with Google tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar ? Attention to detail ? Knowledge of CRM and project management software: Asana and HubSpot
