About The Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and a passion for helping others. In this role, you are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities: ? Provide virtual individual, family & group therapy sessions ? Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments & interventions ? Collaborate with other mental health professionals ? Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques ? Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and best practices ? Maintain accurate client records

Qualifications: ? Master's degree in social work, counseling or a related field ? Must hold a valid LMSW, LCSW,LGPC or LPC or equivalent licensure, with eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia. ? Candidates must be in good standing with the licensing body and eligible for insurance credentialing. ? Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base. ? Proficient in written and oral communication, capable of effective documentation and client communication.
