This position is fully remote.

Your Role As An Intake Specialist
? Serve as the first step in the patient care process by managing incoming referrals and ensuring all required documents and orders are complete.
? Process referrals with precision, handling a high volume of documents efficiently.
? Collaborate regularly with the operations team and sales department to ensure seamless coordination.
? Key responsibilities include:
? Processing new patient intakes.
? Conducting eligibility and benefit checks.
? Navigating EMR systems and other acceptance portals.
? Communicating with sales, operations, and referral sources.
? Managing and reconciling insurance changes on a weekly basis.

Qualifications
? Exceptional customer service skills.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
? Detail-oriented and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
? Experience with medical intake processes (preferred).
? Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and insurance portals (preferred)
