Responsibilities: ? Manage a sales team of direct reports. ? Manage channel partner relationships in region. ? Execute year over year growth in region.

Qualifications and Requirements: ? 3-5 years of consultative outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. ? Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility, telecom and/or municipal fleets is a plus). ? Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. ? Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus. ? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Excellent written and oral communication skills. ? Strong time and project management skills. ? Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel. ? Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. ? Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
