What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?eview customer data and video using Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and operational issues
?ocument findings clearly and concisely for customer presentation
?ollaborate with specialists to create client-specific reports on theft and loss
?eet monthly case expectations as set by department leadership
?ssist with additional projects assigned by leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)
?igh school diploma or equivalent
?inimum of 1+ years of loss prevention experience in a restaurant/retail setting, cash handling experience in QSR or retail, or law enforcement
?amiliarity with Gmail and Google Docs or similar software
?trong analytical skills and attention to detail
?ffective writing and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?xperience in banking or accounting
?roven ability to work autonomously and in team settings
?uriosity and drive for the professional field
?roficient computer skills with a quick ability to learn new web applications
