Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare review engagement working paper files.
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all financial documents.
• Automate bank reconciliation, focusing on collection processes and troubleshooting unbalanced branch deposits.
• Prepare weekly cash inflow forecasts and assist in cash flow forecasting.
• Resolve client billing issues and provide weekly updates to the operations team on accounts receivable delinquency.
• Perform month-end accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Analyze customer and product/course sales trends.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
