As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital, customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will be fully trained across various company operations and work on high-profile marketing campaigns, ensuring daily objectives and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to team tasks and independently manage assigned objectives. ? Act as an internal liaison between customers and the client. ? Assist in meeting fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns. ? Attend all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with goals and expectations. ? Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role. ? Liaise with customers, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally. ? Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback. ? Report regularly to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance. ? Develop outstanding customer service skills in line with company standards.
