Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Call Center Liaison, you will serve as a connection for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of... cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. You will be the go-to for all things Complete Care!
Summary of duties: Provide the highest level of Serviceship to all patients, internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting patients with physical injuries from trauma. Serve as a liaison for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence.
Duties & Essential Functions:
? Provide detailed solutions and answers to all inquiries.
? Effectively manage needs by directing callers to the appropriate contacts
? Support Complete Care office staff to conduct outbound communication with patients as needed.
? Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Accepting of change or diversity within the workplace
? Work closely with internal staff to ensure smooth processes.
? Ability and willingness to exude passion and empathy.
? Other related duties as the job requires.
Skills & Expectations:
? Possess exemplary communication skills, both written and oral with patients and staff
? Ability to perform individually and as a team member.
? Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
? Demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
? Absorb knowledge about the company to effectively communicate and answer any questions from patients.
