What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR assistance
• Manage case workloads effectively to meet service level agreements and productivity goals
• Provide accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries through various contact channels
• Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve processes
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the benefits process from intake to resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 2 years? experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment
• Must possess call center experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand benefit terms and programs
