Requirements

? Proven experience with Amazon Flex operations and logistics.

? Strong understanding of delivery routes, schedules, and optimization techniques.

? Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

? Excellent communication and organizational skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

? Manage and optimize delivery routes and schedules for Amazon Flex drivers.

? Monitor and analyze delivery performance and make recommendations for improvements.

? Provide support and guidance to Flex drivers to ensure compliance with company standards.

? Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to deliveries and logistics.

Educational Qualifications
