What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customer inquiries
• Enter and verify data into various database applications
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to service customers
• Safeguard confidential customer information and provide exceptional customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
• Minimum of 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment
• Experience working in energy efficiency or utility fields
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
