What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Review customer applications for various student loan programs to ensure completion and accuracy
? Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests related to student loans
? Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and federal and state regulations
? Complete tasks in a productive data entry environment while meeting quality assurance expectations
? Assist with borrower program concerns and report compliance issues to leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma required
? 12 months of experience in administrative support and in a business environment
? Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
? Must be a US Citizen and not in default on any Federal Student Loans
? Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree
? 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract or in a Call Center
? Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
? Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
