What You??ll Do:
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will engage with customers through our chat platform, answering their questions regarding services, pricing, refund policies, and more.
Assist with providing discount codes, addressing product queries, or resolving delivery issues.
Comprehensive and efficient training is provided to prepare you for success in this role.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
You??ll need a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing chat functions and social media.
This role requires independence, an ability to closely follow detailed instructions, and availability to work at least 10 hours weekly.
A stable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
