We are looking for superstar Customer Service Representatives to work for a great US company! This is a fully remote role .
This is also a contract position of at least 7 months duration - there will be opportunities to be brought on permanently based on performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has gotten a fair bit of call center and customer service experience under their belt, and is looking to make a career shift! You'll really enjoy everything this place has to offer!

Responsibilities
What you'll do here
? Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries
? Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely
? Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue
? Document any issues for future review purposes
? Schedule technicians for onsite support
? Complete work orders
? Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards
