Virtual Social Worker

Position Details:
? Part-time at 3+ hours per day
? Immediate start

Key Responsibilities: ? Assessing psychosocial needs and provides services that enhance patient functioning, emotional well-being and continued access to services and resources in the community. ? Providing care coordination ? Providing psychoeducation ? Providing referrals

Requirements: ? Master?s degree in Social Work ? Active Social Work License ? Pennsylvania Teaching Certification ? Virtual experience preferred
