Key Responsibilities: ?ay bills and manage cash flow for clients ?econcile bank statements, manage budgets, and handle journal entries ?rovide weekly and monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs. actuals ?anage and maintain charts of accounts, reconcile credit/debit cards, and prepare 1099s ?ssist with payroll setup and processing, including scheduling and frequency ?ile sales tax and offer e-commerce support

Required Experience:
?achelor? degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
?xperience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
?roficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other accounting software
?ayroll experience is essential
