Technology Mastery: Become proficient in using multiple web-based booking engines and travel resources to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness ? Pricing and Payment: Handle pricing and cost calculations for changes or additional trip fees. Provide e-tickets and facilitate credit card payments over the phone
