What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer inbound customer calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Analyze problems with customer equipment rapidly and efficiently
• Escalate tickets to appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Create and update tickets for every interaction, ensuring accurate notes are recorded
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer service efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED required
• Call center experience is a plus
• Must possess excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
