Responsibilities: ? Monitor patients' heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs using telemetry equipment. ? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. ? Provide patient care, ensuring safety and comfort throughout their stay. ? Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ? Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.

Requirements: ? Active RN license. ? BLS and ACLS certifications required. ? Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience preferred. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
