    Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated TikTok Shop Infringement Research Agent to join our team. This agent will research on TikTok Shop (as well as other marketplaces as needed) for listings that infringe on our clients' intellectual property.Our clients have patents, trademarks, or copyright that get stolen and counterfeitted on TikTokShop. We need our agent to look at our clients' products and find these infringements and submit them for takedown through TikTok's IP portal.Duties:
  • Research for infringements on social media marketplaces (primarily TikTok)
  • Report infringements using the proper marketplace channels
  • Log all infringements into correct record keeping software/spreadsheets
    • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience using Tiktok Shop in any manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with record keeping and logging work
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Prior remote work experience
