Job Description

Tesla is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive individuals to join our Social Media Customer Support team. As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience across our social media platforms. You will engage with our customers to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Responsibilities
? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Tesla?s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
? Stay up-to-date with Tesla products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
? Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency in all customer interactions.
? Analyze common customer issues and provide feedback to improve our products and services.
? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements
? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Proficient in using social media platforms and customer service tools.

? Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Educational Qualifications
? High School Diploma or equivalent required.
? Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred.
