What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Support patient and staff safety through the prevention of harmful behaviors in the inpatient care setting via virtual means
• Assist in the coordination and management of telehealth services
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a smooth telehealth experience
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to telehealth activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and safety

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) year of medical, secretarial, or customer service work experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively in a healthcare environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and virtual communication tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in telehealth or remote patient support
• Additional certifications related to healthcare or customer service
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
