? Design, improve, and extend APIs for GrayMatter Robotics? on-premise and cloud-based applications.
? Build and maintain a customer-facing, performant front-end application.
? Create and optimize systems for synchronizing data between on-premise and cloud-based systems.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand customers? needs and deliver a reliable, seamless user experience.

Requirements: ? BS/MS degree in software development or similar/equivalent industry experience. ? Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, including performance reviews, career development, and hiring. ? Experience designing, launching, and versioning APIs ? Experience with Python and AWS tooling ? Experience in frontend development with TypeScript, JS, Node.js, react, or similar ? Demonstrated experience creating production or live web applications ? Experience interfacing with RESTful APIs, CORS and modern authentication systems such as web tokens ? Experience with frontend development tools such as NPM and NextJS ? Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple engineering teams and able to articulate technical design decisions ? Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities ? Must secure work authorization in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization beginning at the time of hire through the entirety of employment
