About this role:
? Rackner is seeking Technical Account Managers that will be primary tech advisors for both incoming customers and existing customers alike.
? TAMs align customers with technical solutions within the Platform One portfolio and continue hands-on support throughout the full customer lifecycle.

We are seeking professionals with knowledge in:
? B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience contributing on a technical team for a software or IT project.
? Advanced Kubernetes
? Cloud
? Cloud Security
? Cybersecurity
? DevSecOps Engineer
? IT Operations
? Site Reliability Engineer
? Software Engineer
? System Administrator
