What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead team members' work activities in partnership with Course Material Operations and Warehouse Operations
• Ensure all virtual team members receive appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training
• Perform accurate transactions with detail orientation
• Proactively meet both internal and external customer needs
• Use sound judgment and decision-making skills

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills, including creating and saving text documents and sending emails
• Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate transactions
• Self-motivated and able to multitask with minimal supervision
• Effective work methods and ability to consistently meet commitments
• Effective communication skills: clear, concise, and positive
