Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated Sales Specialist with a talent for recruiting students who are ready to begin impactful careers. In this role, you'll connect students with our premier insurance adjusting programs, helping them unlock life-changing career opportunities. Based in Georgia, we're expanding across multiple states and excited to grow our team.

Responsibilities

No insurance experience? No problem! Here's what you'll be doing:

Recruit and enroll students into our online insurance adjusting programs.

Engage in outreach through outbound calls, messages, emails, social media, events, and presentations to connect with prospective students.

Build meaningful relationships and guide students through the enrollment journey.

Identify student needs and career goals to match them with the ideal program.

Leverage social media and other marketing tools to increase outreach and generate leads.

Consistently meet or exceed enrollment goals while maintaining top-notch service.

Utilize our CRM to manage leads, track progress, and report results.

Qualifications

No Insurance Background Required!

Sales or recruiting experience is a must.

Experience in student recruiting, customer service, or social media marketing is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A goal-oriented, driven approach and motivation to succeed.

Ability to quickly build rapport and connect with a diverse range of individuals.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
