Job Description

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is looking for its site in Vimodrone (MI) a Junior Project Manager (IT Projects) to support the Project Manager of the Europe Team, for the BPT Europe division.

Main tasks:
? Manage routine/new projects and provide support to various functions in the... organization
? Manage different projects simultaneously, set milestones and track progress
? Fill out documents and collaborate with people to complete the missing information
? Participate to project meetings and prepare minutes, presentations with clear communication
? Contact external suppliers to obtain information
? Visibility to different teams across Europe (e.g. IT, quality) including management

Qualifications
? Master Degree Management/Business or IT related Degree is preferred;
? Experience in pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus;
? Excellent English (100% communication in English);
? Project management skills (e.g. good relationship with stakeholders);
? Basic MS Office knowledge is required. Further IT skills/knowledge is nice to have;
? Excellent communication skills (with colleagues in different countries and suppliers)
