Sr Enterprise Application Support Analyst

Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with SQL and scripting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A strong sense of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers ? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise applications ? Utilize SQL and scripting to automate processes and functions ? Monitor and manage enterprise applications ? Develop new strategies for optimizing and improving applications ? Create and maintain technical documentation ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful customer experience ? Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement ? Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ? Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies
