- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and partner with departments to address high-profile issues and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents
- Provide updates and communications to leadership regarding incident handling and resolutions
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving customer resolution processes
- Offer subject matter expertise and support to team members and external contact centers
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of operational/contact center experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally at all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of email applications and Microsoft Office products
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
- Foreign language skills
- Proficiency in EZR/SHARES systems
- Strong subject matter expertise in the employer's policies and procedures
