As a Senior Software Engineer on our Customer360 Team, you?ll contribute to developing a Salesforce application that provides a comprehensive view of our customers and their journeys with us. You?ll design, code, test, and implement systems that are... functional, technically robust, and in alignment with our standards. This role will require strong problem-solving skills and collaboration as you mentor fellow software engineers and address production issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy and feature roadmap for large-scale cloud solutions.

Act as a technical lead for development teams, both internal and external.

Evaluate system feasibility through detailed analysis, identifying and developing solutions.

Collaborate with product managers and customers to define feature requirements.

Embrace continuous improvement by researching new technologies and solutions.

Prepare and implement system specifications, standards, and programming designs.

Ensure code quality, structure, and compatibility across different browsers and platforms.

Mentor and support fellow engineers to foster skill and knowledge growth.

Maintain up-to-date expertise by exploring new development tools, programming techniques, and participating in professional networks and organizations.

Required Qualifications

Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen or have current authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Advanced level with specialized knowledge in software development, ideally within a Salesforce environment.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and API integrations.

Proficient with DevOps tools such as Git and SalesforceDX (Jenkins, SonarQube, etc. are a plus).

Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSON, and mobile app deployment on Salesforce1.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.

Skilled in managing multiple projects and providing mentoring and guidance.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, especially with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to lead without authority and guide ideation, presentations, and group discussions.
