About the Role

Teleperformance USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
?eview user-generated content to determine compliance with community guidelines
?articipate in frequent refresher training to ensure accurate and quality content moderation
?omply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client
?nvestigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times
?omply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely

Requirements
?bility to work on-site in El Paso, Texas (not a remote position)
?xperience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
?trong emotional intelligence and resilience
?omfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate
?ttention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
?bility to work various shifts and meet changing business needs
?xperienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills
?bility to type 25 wpm and have a high school diploma or equivalent
?redictable and reliable attendance
? months of customer service experience preferred
