? Design and build data analytic solutions from concept to implementation in an agile environment.
? Participate in the full systems development lifecycle, including providing estimates, gathering reporting requirements, profiling data, establishing designs, building queries and front-end designs, performing code reviews, quality assurance, and deploying solutions.
? Collaborate with colleagues to ensure backend data structures and semantic layer are designed properly and fit-for-purpose.
? Ensure overall reporting solution quality, reliability, and performance.
? Provide operational support and maintenance on reporting solutions, including incident management and troubleshooting for issue resolution.
? Support upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting for BI tools.
? Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Requirements: ? Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field. ? 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role. related, progressive roles ? Strong skills in both Python and SQL ? Need to have strong Tableau experience for data visualization. (LOOKER is a plus) ? Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. ? Knowledge and fluency with relevant programming languages like Python or R ? Experience creating intuitive user interfaces for decision support. ? Hands-on experience in full systems development lifecycle for reporting and BI solutions
