• Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure satisfaction

• Train and support team members as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on follow-through
• Excellent data entry skills
