Reservationist (On-site at World of Coca-Cola)

The Reservationist at World of Coca-Cola is the first point of contact for clients looking to enjoy our world class attraction. The primary responsibilities of this role are data entry and responding to group customer inquiries by phone and email as well as training team members on group sales processes. This role is responsible for ensuring PCI compliance (privacy and data protection) for reservation ticketing systems for The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola.

Key Functional Duties:

Customer Service/Communication
?rovide stellar customer service in all communications (via phone and email) with clients and internal partners.
?erve as first point of contact for incoming inquiries and represent The Coca-Cola Company in a positive and professional manner.
?ct as concierge and assist with itinerary planning for guests visiting Atlanta.
?eliver consistent and accurate messaging of protocols and procedures.
?scalate requests when appropriate and set guest expectations for response times.

On-Site Liaison between Group Sales and Operations Team
?ct as liaison between the group sales and operations team.
?ssist with training of Ambassador operations team members on group sales reservations processes and welcoming groups upon arrival.
?artner with operations team on special requests and arrival instructions.
?ata Entry and Sales
?oordinate and process all phases of reservations for groups via phone, and email with high accuracy. Follow up to reconfirm upcoming group arrivals, update reservations and process payments for ticket sales.

Administrative Projects
?erform group sales administrative duties including conference preparation, shipping, and customer gift assembly.
?ther duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills:
?+ years?xperience in reservation, customer service or administrative role preferably within the hospitality industry.
?ole is on-site at World of Coca-Cola
?ateway Ticketing System experience preferred
?roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
?roven ability to enter data accurately, adapt to change, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment
?trong organizational and administrative skillset
