Key Responsibilities
? Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to ascertain students? needs and eligibility for special education services.
? Design and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each student?s unique learning objectives.
? Deliver engaging and effective direct instruction and support through our advanced online platform, ensuring students achieve measurable progress.
? Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to foster a unified and supportive learning environment.
? Maintain meticulous records and documentation of student progress, services rendered, and all relevant communications.

Required Skills
? Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
? Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Special Educator role.
? Proficiency in utilizing virtual instruction tools and technology.
? Strong communication skills capable of building meaningful relationships in a virtual context.
? A dedicated, student-centered approach to delivering high-quality education and support.

Qualifications
? Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field is required.
? Valid state teaching certification in Special Education is mandatory.
? At least 2 years of professional experience as a Special Educator.
