? A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist Certification, adhering to the licensure standards of the Ohio Department of Education.
? Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs, with prior experience in virtual instruction.
? Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational professionals.
? Competence in using digital learning tools and assistive technologies to optimize the teaching experience.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is an asset.
? Valid Ohio teaching license with an Intervention Specialist endorsement.
