Remote Virtual Bookkeeper.

Main Duties and Tasks
.Build and maintain two QuickBook accounts
? Review transactions and place them in their proper fields
? Prepare and submit EOM statements and EOY financials to the Executive Director and Accountant
? Suggest methodologies to simplify our receivables through automation- QuickBooks
? Assist the team in learning how to invoice through QuickBooks
? Share Best Practices to help with smart growth
? Run billing, client, and other reports on a routine basis

? In-depth understanding of accounting rules
? Must be authorized to work in the US

Technical Skills
? Required: Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks
? Required: Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
? Preferred: Familiarity with Payment Processing, and the QuickBooks SaaS solution
