Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (with flexibility)

Responsibilities

1. Provide remote support for UPS systems.

4. Assist clients with technical inquiries.

5. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

6. Document support cases and solutions.
