Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Sales Support:
? Engage with clients via phone or email to understand their travel needs and preferences.
? Offer recommendations and upsell travel packages, accommodations, and services that match client goals.
? Assist in the booking process for flights, hotels, and other travel products.

Trip Planning and Customization:

Payment and Documentation Management:
