Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Personal Assistant at VOSKI JEWELERS and Employee will be working with a busy Executive. The Remote Personal Assistant will be responsible for.

? Manage payroll processing and disbursements

? Task prioritization and time management

? Handle staff expense reports and reimbursements

? Maintain accurate financial records

? Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

? Coordinate with accounting/finance department

? Schedule and organize meetings

? Manage calendar and appointments

? Prepare and edit documents
