Key Responsibilities
? Provide part-time therapy services (8-24 hours per week) with a focus on client interaction, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
? Enhance your practice by integrating technology to deliver data-informed care and tailoring therapeutic strategies according to client progress.
? Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
? Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with colleagues.
? Ability to leverage technology in delivering mental health services.

Qualifications
? Must hold a valid license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
? Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult clients (18+).
? Demonstrated experience in teletherapy and knowledge of HIPAA compliance and documentation standards.
? Commitment to upholding professional ethics and practices.

Compensation And Benefits
? Employment classification as W2 with a competitive hourly rate of $70/hr.
? Manageable caseload of 7-20 clients weekly, with evening hours (4 pm - 9 pm, Monday through Friday) and weekends free.
