Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
? Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service, ideally within the real estate or... hospitality sectors.
? Superior written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective issue resolution.
? Proficient in using live chat software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
? Self-driven and capable of managing time efficiently while working independently.
? Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate information.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service roles is essential.
? Strong communication capability is required.
? Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve problems.
? Familiarity with live chat and CRM systems is preferred.
